Collections

Discrete and dignified

We will collect your pet from home or the vets. All our pets are transported in our pet beds, which have discrete covers to guarantee your pet a dignified journey. We will attend your home by prior appointment to coincide with the visit of your vet or at any other time of your choosing.

If you wish us to collect from the vet we will attend at the time of your appointment or immediately afterwards if you prefer. We will then collect your pet in our pet bed, leaving behind any wrappings supplied by the vet.

We will pay you a visit at your home to discuss final arrangements, including your choice of container for the ashes or you may come to us if you prefer. At this time you may say a final goodbye to your pet if you wish.

All our collections are carried out using our private estate car. Our pets are transported entirely on their own. If we do have to collect two pets from the same area, we will make two journeys.

Once we have collected your pet, you are more than welcome to visit our crematorium to check that it meets your expectations and to say a final ‘goodbye’ in the privacy of our ‘Farewell Room
